New-fashioned and good room, I enjoyed the hotel!

I stayed 3 nights and will be back when visiting Mexico. The hotel was located close enough to restaurants and shopping, the main square, and the lagoon. Also, location was absolutely incredible, just a short stroll away from Balneario Municipal de Bacalar Public Bath. The people were amicable and helpful, will exceed the expectations.

Great spot to start exploring around here. the staff were super friendly and always ready to assist with anything. I had a pleasant night's stay at this place. 🌟

The room was immaculately clean and modern. the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was big. the venue is in a central location near two lively restaurants and the main square. the staff were very nice and affable, ready to fulfill any request.

We enjoyed our exceptionally clean rooms. the staff was very, very nice. 3. the room we had included a refrigerator, a coffeemaker, and a writing desk. 4. It was decorated in a modern design. 5. the location was incredible, close enough to two lively restaurants as well as Bacalar.

The location was unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants and shops. Plus, the discounts offered at nearby establishments were a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The water refill station was also a great feature, allowing us to stay hydrated throughout our stay.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. the noise from the city center could be bothersome at times, especially if you're a light sleeper.
